Is this the official account of Pakistan DoD? Who should I trust ???

Shit. If this leads to CCTV's credit loss, it's Paki Military to blame.
No, this is fake account run by a fanboy. Wait until Pakistan ISPR (Inter Services Public Relations) does a real press conference. You can treat everything as fake news until they release details (right now i do not believe any fighter jet has been shot down on either side today).

I dunno why people think China will always be peaceful. Its peaceful until its not. And when its not it will go all out until the war finishes in general. There's a reason why most of its its historical enemies are massively neutered or even wiped out.

Reminds me a bit of the Chess Player Ding Liren when he was playing well. He plays quite defensively for draws a lot so it gets boring. But when he sees an opening for an attack, he will go hard. Its how he won the world championship in 2023.

So I wonder what its advisors are telling Pakistan right now. You gotta strike when the iron is hot.

China has a high threshold for violence, but once it's started China goes all the way no half measures. It's literally written in the very first paragraph in Sun Tzu

But it is obviously not the right target and time for China to go all out. The Western Pacific is

It really depends on the situation, right now the best course of action would be to calm things down and deescalate. But if things escalate over a certain threshold then China will have no choice but to step in
That is a very high threshold, IMO that point will be the point when IN actually attacks Chinese controlled land. Anything less will not provoke a response from the PLA directly, at best China sending weapons to PK.

I agree mostly? IMO the threshold would be large scale land war between Pakistan and India, that will lead to massive change in China's response, all possible help excluding direct PLA involvement for starter
