Given it seems Pakistan has launched some sort of operation/retaliation, I think we should be careful about boosting unverified claims again because there's going to be lots of misinformation out there (deliberate and unintentional)

It's legit it's just that this was the Twitter handler that I saw it from first

That's another one. Indian source, I think that should be enough. It's even on live Indian TV as we speak.

Although I would note that it's the air base that got targeted there

There should be huge explosions if Pakistan's attacks were succcessful. Just smoke videos do not seem all that successful

Taiwan is not such a big deal, Taking US is certainly the main game. But success depends on opportunities. If China can take India out while only helping its ally, its not a bad play. China will not be seen as an aggressor.

Personally I don't think destablize India is a bad option. US don't really have any leverage to step in. I believe China is preparing both, if India just use drones then the war will prabable over in a few days(most likely). If Modi has really been nuts and want a full blown war, Pakistan won't be able to stand. However 100% China will step in and destroy IAF like piece of cake, 4x KJ-500 & a squadron of J16 & J20 will ground IAF forever

If India is taken out or even badly damaged, the idea of "moving supply chains to India" will be shattered.

Judging by the view, it looks like the airport area got hit. IAF has installations there.
