Liu Ce becomes K-1 Cruiserweight kickboxing champ. What the hell is this guy made out of? Was his ancestor in the eight banners or something?
I kinda knew he would win coz that Iranian pushed him at the weigh-ins which shows a lack of self composure.
China drew with Singapore 2-2. Given that this is a desperate need to qualify for the world cup, this is not acceptable for China.
But I don't really feel angry because I never had hope for them. Most of the squad are in around the 30s range who never achieved anything. And you wonder why they are getting worse. As you get older your stamina goes down and in the modern game pacing is everything.
I noticed they like to blame the foreign coach but there are so many coach failures. At this point you have to ask if it's the coaches or the players who suck. People need to start accepting that a lot of these players suck ass which is why no European club wants them. You can blame pepe, klopp, mourhino or whatever supercoach because they have no issue getting the best players in the world so they have lots to work with.
There needs to be a better youth system that can produce players with international experience. Relying on never beens who don't know what high level play looks like will get you no where.
I guess the best way to cope is to understand football takes an obscene amount of investment and China is realizing it's just better to put money in stuff that matters like technology which will be key to victory in the real war.

Apparently that racist loser Iranian fighter has had success with that spinning punch against his prior opponents. But, against Liu Ce, it was sort of useless and the loser could not adapt his tactics to the situation and opponent he was dealing with: Chinese Bull.
