十月十二日晨在同江的蘇聯海軍由斯加斯克率領以旗艦"雪爾諾夫"號為首的艦艇共9艘,飛機25架;東北江防艦隊則由 "江亨"艦長尹祚乾代理指揮"利捷"(旗艦), "利綏","江平","江安","江泰"等六艘淺水砲艦應戰.

東北海軍由於沈鴻烈的先見之明, 事先藏了一艘拖駁船"東乙"號在蘆葦淺灘中,在船上放置兩尊4.7吋砲並先詳加測準距離. 十月十二日清晨五點半戰事一開啟 "東乙"即發砲攻擊停泊不動的蘇軍旗艦,蘇軍未料到中方有此一招,當即被擊中指揮艦橋,蘇軍司令,參謀長,旗艦艦長等多人當場陣亡,不久"雪爾諾夫"號即沉;蘇軍的另外三艘亦被"東乙"擊成重傷.

但到了九點蘇軍的飛機加入戰場,戰局馬上改觀;由於中方艦艇防空能力薄弱,"利捷","江平","江泰"都先後被炸沉,"江安"艦且被炸成兩段"東乙"砲台船自沉;"利綏"負傷. 是役東北江防艦隊與陸戰隊死傷共500餘人,"江泰"艦長莫耀明亦陣亡. 蘇軍則被擊沉三艘,傷四艘,飛機被擊落兩架,死70餘人

IN 1929 the northen war lord 張學良with the encouragement of the japanese

toke over soviet railway holding in north china. this caused war!! in october

of that year the russian sed a fleet of 9 war ship up the Armur river to support

the red army. the chinese fleet there has several small gunboat the 江亨 ,"利

捷 , "利綏","江平","江安","江泰" the russian fleet has several 150mm gun the

bigest chinese ship mounted guns are British 6 pounders. to over come the

disadvantage in weapons the chinese seet up an ambush knowing the

russiann will advance up river the the chinese place 2 4.7inch armstrong

cannon( on loen from japs) on and old barge and set up for a surpise attack

in the open battle the russian flag ship was hit in the bridge killing the

commander and captainthe flag ship 雪爾諾夫 was later sunk by gun fire along

with 2 smaller ships. However later that day russian aircraft joined the battle

tipeing the balance most of the chinese vassel was sunk. as the russian fleet

was driven back the battle was a victory.

Is this even true that Japanese are willing to help us against Russia. I never heard of this battle.

i don't think japan would want to help china nor china want japans help. also patriot don't use the word 'jap'. it is racist.

If we want to show that we are less barbaric and more civilized than the Japanese Imperial Army, we need to curb our anger.

Not all Japanese are alike, some are dead set on keeping China beneath them, others are genuinely peaceful and cooperative.
