I would say it has a prominent nose like the F-4 Phantom
Even flatter IMO, and the landing gear door should be split/two-piece.Although the nose should be longer I think this illustration is pretty accurate about the shape of the cockpit and spine.

Doubt it. As far as I understand, elevated spine can create vortex problems which are managed carefully by vertical tail(s). Thus, a tailless fighter will most likely avoid such a design. The advantage of having clear rear view for pilots is entirely negated by EODAS type of sensors. Thus such design choice invites more problem than benefit for 6th gen reallyI think it has pretty prominent spine like Mig-29UPG.
