Shenyang FC-31 / J-31 Fighter Demonstrator

I just realized that the pilot shown here is Gao Zhongqiang, whose squad is stationed in Anshan. They are transitioning to J-20 from J-11B. Is it possible that they will also equip an FC-31 derived fighter later down the road?
Seems a bit premature to look at deployments for a future midrange stealth fighter no?
Not sure if this was posted before but on Douyin there is a video of the FC-31 flying. It's midway through the video.
This is just a fan made video splicing random footage together and the FC-31 shown is of the V1 prototype from many a years ago.
Do we have a video of grey V2.0 flying?
Someone designs prototype sketches in this way. He has drawn different design sketches many times before.
Key takeaways:
1) Looks like FC-31 is officially J-31 now. That means PLAAF should be interested, otherwise it wouldn't receive an official designation.
2) Carrier fighter uses a different designation (J-35???). It is not revealed here, so it is still J-XX.
