No, it is not a fake but you are dead wrong with your conclusion and even if I don't know there's surely a much easier different explanation for this ... IMO never ever this is a TVC-contrail and even less from a WS-19.
By point is, you are simply connecting dots only in a way you like to see them: YEs, there is the TVC being tested on the J-10B but this is a WS-10B-3 and not a completely new engine on a JF-17. AESA, twin-seater and new systems are indeed correct, but they are in no way related to the WS-19 and again ALL reports say, the WS-19 is far from ready.
