Well I can tell some basic charesteristical/ethnical features that are very typical to the British, but without hearing them speaking I quess none can hundred precentially tell the difference from any Caucasian race from Americans as they are mixed from so many different ethnical groups.

So no matter what you(read everyone) might think, none can 100% tell some unknown guys nationality from simple picture alone. You can tell quite certain wheter he/she might be one of the third main race groups (Eurobi, Mongoloid or Negrobi) but nothing else. So lets not start penny fight based on something so vague as this.

PS. the terms that I've used to describe/divide certain nationalities were what I tried to translate from Finnish language, they are not used to denegrate nor downplay any ethnical groups, just to generalize the idea. Hope none take it as offensive.

Yes picture is from China. He (Vladimir Ivanovic) work on system integration for Al-Khalid and he done some work on China tank (I guess Type 96). He is former Yugoslav and later Serbian tank legend. He is not only top class tank expert (one of best in world for T series tanks) but very good tanker. I saw his "work" in M-84 tank. Amazing! Funny thing is victims of precise "work" was (probably)Pakistani volunteers fighting for Muslims in Bosnia.

I don't mean to offend you but I strongly doubt your claims unless your going to back them up with some more details. We get a lot of people with some intresting claims. But if you are legit, it's always good to have someone with personal knowledge of military matters.

If you know this fellow tell us what was he doing there? Where was this taken? What's going on?

I last saw him in 1995 in Bosnia.

I already told what he done in China (early nineties). This factory is located in Inner Mongolia. I missed type of tank, not al-khalid but it competitor i think T-85 (I'm not tanker so please excuse me). Also he work on modernization of T-59 tanks.

Keeping their M84 fleet is cheaper, upgrading those tanks should cost less than buy Type 96 which is of lesser quality besides PLA would like to charge any customer with more even money, thus there is no way they would want to expend money in any other tank.

No offense Type 96 and Type 99 are among my favourite MBTs nowadays.
