Yes, for a 70km range 155mm EFRB-BB-RA unguided shell, its longitudinal dispersion is 500m, so about ~1/140. Which is clearly beyond the required spread

Yes, although there are 2 options. This is possibly called the PHL-20, with the PHL-21(?) being on the 4x4

This photo is from almost three years ago. It's amazing that almost everything you post has been seen months or years ago. I can't fathom how you manage to so consistently post old and lame photos. Before you have the urge to post an image, ask yourself if what you're about to post is an old image. To find out, use reverse image search (e.g. Google Images, Tineye, etc.). If they return a match from weeks, months, or years ago, then do not post. If that's too much work. Just stop posting images altogether, because there is a greater than 99.999999% chance that whatever images you want to share are old or have already been posted by someone else.
