He really should be wearing gloves. Not sure why that's not part of the training. A loader with insured hand or fingers would render the entire unit mission killed in battle.

Example in a Combined Arms Brigades

1xxx to 4xxx are Combined Arms battalions
5xxx are Recce Battalions
6xxx are Artillery or Firepower Battalion
