No, the read ones are Kh-58UShK ARMs and the smaller ones are R-74M2 AAMs.

Better to have a sturdy missile racks for the R-74m2 so they dont shake at all. Hard to figure out how they get in and out of the clam.

Probably:
Pro: doesn't take space in fuselage, doesn't affect its rigidity in any way. Excellent seeker AOR. when extended.
Con: some RCS penalty; drag - likely opening limitations.
