There seems to be little coverage so far on Russian technical means of intelligence gathering. Other than planes like A-50U,A-100, Il-20/IL-38 family and Tu-214R's. I wonder if Russians have anything else ? Su-24MR and Tu-22M3R seems no longer in operation.

Also things like Spy Satellite. I'm curious whether Razdan and Liana have become operational.

They might have blamed it on the weather but I suspect they kept the amount of vehicles down this year to both prevent the chance of terrorist attack and make the occasion more sober. It wouldn't have looked good to make a major splash and a public celebration given the current conflict.

One of the key roles in the work of Russian artillery in Ukraine is assigned to the 152-mm Msta-S self-propelled artillery mount. At an arms exhibition in 1993 in Abu Dhabi, Msta-S hit 38 out of 40 targets at a distance of 15 km. The unit has been modernized several times, in Ukraine the 2S19M1 and 2S19M2 versions are now used. According to the gunners, "Msta-SM2" proved to be excellent in the battles in Ukraine. The firing range of self-propelled guns with a conventional projectile is 25 km; active-reactive - up to 29 km, self-propelled guns ammunition 50 shells. Rate of fire 10 rounds per minute.

Msta-SM2 range is 40 km max but usually I suppose they shoot from between 10 and 20 km away to improve accuracy.

Msta-SM2 has a longer barrel gun. So of course it has more range. It is all about propellant chemicals and barrel length.

It doesn't. It has the same 47 cal gun tube, more or less comparable in ballistics with NATO 39 cal, but less strained.

2s19m(2) gets over 40 exactly the same way US M109/777 etc do, i.e. with guided rounds.
Problem is, no one really knows if the corresponding round (Krasnopol-D) is in combat, or, like with many things, Russian MOD simply didn't bother to purchase them until bitten in the soft place.

Funny thing is that it isn't about lack of money, tech, or production capability. Just huge post-2012 organizational inertia(in many cases paralyzis is a better word).
