Su-30SME specs.

110KM detection range agains 3m^2 RCS object in “free space” means lookup detection range?

Also, is the max speed of 1.75 Mach at altitude the speed while carrying missiles on hard point? This seems lackluster compared with legacy flankers.
The radar figures are taken from here. but we dont know what year that figures are published.

regardless of specifications Su-30SM aka MKI is hugely successful export. total export figures may approach 450.

You have already said that the industry needs new, modern equipment. Do you see any progress on this issue in our country?

- There are grounds for cautious optimism. In the Element group we have the Research Institute of Precision Engineering (NIITM), which, among other things, is engaged in the development of means of production for microelectronics. In particular, we are working with colleagues on our needs for equipment for photolithography, measuring equipment.

This long interview but the basic theme is that Rostec (radar, avionics, communication) is going to develop Lithiography equipment and overall developing latest semiconductor equipment (means of production), 6G and microprocessors. total spending is $11B.
this confirm my earlier theme that centralization/integration and low cost of development in Russia.

Than 20 kW radar against blue sky?
Sounds very plausible.

If we judge radar performance by pure wattage then doesn't Mig-25's radar win any competition by default? After all, rumor has it that it could cook rabbits from several kilometers away.

Comparing the uncomparable.

And for phased arrays, it's a perfectly comparable metric, especially since N035 is a reasonably well-understood system.

You are comparing passive and active phase arrays here.
Yeah, and that's the point.
Precisely because we're talking about passive and active radar arrays this particular quote sounds like a turbopatriotic nonsense. Like there is tons of things where PESA can be bullied, but not this particular metric.

For example, I can imagine such relationship being possible against directed jamming. But in normal detection range - see above.

seems biggest spending in Russia will be on semiconductor development in centralized system.

According to Russian arms export agency Rosoboronexport, a boost to the local development of microelectronics and related components will require a government investment of 798 billion roubles (U.S. $11 billion) to 2024.
