So far:

7000km Combat range with drop-tanks
AI "co-pilot"
Multi-spectral passive detection systems
Onboard "smart" diagnostic and readiness software. Sounded a lot like the ALIS/ODIN functionality from the F-35.
Three weapons bay. Two side-bays and another one between the landing gears. Seems to be able to carry all the weapons the Su-57 and Flanker family can, including dumb rockets and bombs.
No mention of the gun model other than it takes up one of the sidebays if fitted.
Mach 1.8 tops.
Up to 8G.
AESA radar.
5 air-to-air missiles in stealth config.

Interesting would be - and even more much more important - is it state-founded or only from UAC, what's the budget, is the RuAF interested or are there other nations providing founds. Otherwise it will remain simply what it is right now: A fancy mock up and excieting PR-stunt.

Russia needs the play - even if it loses - to preserve its position in the alliance. Russia provides security and energy which is why it still matters in geopolitics. If it can be reduced to just one it won't matter and its influence will collapse (and with it most likely the Russian state as it exists right now). So Russia has to have something to sell to all those countries looking to settle between US and China since Russia can play the neutral side. Hence Vietnam, Argentina and (traditionally) India in the video. As for the Gulf countries it is a signal that Russia is willing to provide security in place of the US.
I guess you completely overlooked the climate change and i am not just referring to forest fires/ timber. basically anyone want to buy Russian Food/Grains will have to deal with Russian weopons / Nuclear reactors. There is video of German Chancellor inside Kremlin. this will clear your confusion.

The most unbelievable price for a modern aircraft.
Cheaper than MiG-35, with a 40 year old airframe...
Cheaper than JF-17, mature aircraft that is not cutting edge...
New airframe, new AESA, new software...

Did they also show the Brooklyn Bridge in the presentation?

It might just be the purchase price of a airframe without engine/weapons for RUAF. Export price will no doubt be much higher.
