Cape Chauda, Crimea, these days is the place of Air Force RF major exercises "AviaDarts 2016".
59 aircrews compete in defeating enemy amphibious assault and hitting enemy tank&track columns,
paratroopers attack and cease enemy airfield, with dog-fights above in the air.
Strategic targets in the enemy's rear hit by Tu-22s.
Mig-29s, Su-27s, Su-34s, Su-35s, Mi-24, Ka-52s from various AF RF units (including Far East) take part.
For four days general public is admitted to the show for free, with transportation services and special stands with nice views for spectators public provided by the Air Force.
Exercises end on Sunday with a huge air show over Sebastopol.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to go for IEPS or gas turbines on a 10,000 ton destroyer?
Design also seems rather top heavy to me.

With exact number of SAM cell's : 24, each radar Front Dome can engage simult. 1 target then a total of 4 but a difference with Gorshkov Polyment can engage 16 targets simult. 4 by AESA radar she is a AEGIS like FFG with also more cell's 48 vs 32 and better Kashtan SAM/guns as the AK-630 a combattant really more powerful.
