all right, what I meant was that it would've been helpful to me if you had provided a link (it could be to a page on some Military Forum), as sometimes it's possible to say if the text was written by somebody who cares about facts (then I might decide to read it), or by a dreamer :)

The Russians rushed these prototype tanks in to limited production just to show off.

Did any one really expect them to be battle ready? Its great tech but it takes years to work the bugs out of a system.

What we see in T14 is at best what the Russians might have in there front lines in 2018 but right now it should have stayed in the proving grounds and arms fairs not rolling over red square for propaganda.

Basically The Driver panicked under the spot lights. He was driving a unfamiliar vehicle and hit the parking break stopping the tank and locking the track. this may mean that the T14 and other member of this new family are using a new steering system. T90 the current Russian MBT uses a stick system which is the traditional steering and driving method of Tanks and APC's.

Rather then spending there time getting a Tank Crew properly trained to operate the Machine they rolled them down red Square. and when some thing inevitably went wrong it went viral and now the maker, army and Putin have Egg on there faces
