Fighter pilots of the Northern Fleet of Russia practiced air combat tactics in the skies over the Arctic. The flights took place on Su-33 and Su-30SM aircraft. As part of combat training, the pilots practiced intercepting air targets.

What's the point? It's not as if there are still formation tactics for bombers and strike aircraft like in the 70s. Modern aircraft are placed far apart so one nuclear AAM can only realistically down maybe 2 to 3 aircraft max, pretty pointless if you ask me.
It could be one of those weird Soviet nuclear tipped ABM but now in a modern package in a air launched form

If those 2 to 3 enemy aircrafts is destroyed that could be minimum 2 to 3 enemy A bombs less

If you can down 2 B-21 with single shot, it's absolutely worth it. Obviously such missiles are for high-end targets only.

Problem with this line of reasoning is that firing 2 conventional warhead missiles is usually more effective. Nuclear warheads weighs a lot, so such missiles will be cumbersome, bringing 2 conventional missiles probably weighs the same while being cheaper and more versatile.

Uhh... you do realize he said B-21, right? In fact for such a target with awful mobility but extremely good stealth and EW, the bigger the missile, the better.
