“The Kalashnikov Concern fulfilled ahead of schedule its 2023 obligations under the state contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense for the supply of Vikhr-1 guided missiles. The missiles were created ahead of schedule and in full, which indicates an increase in missile production. Before being transferred to the customer, the missiles underwent control flight tests.
The use of the Vikhr-M ATGM in the link to the video in the comments to the video. The Vikhr anti-tank missile system was developed in the Soviet Union as an analogue of the American AGM-114 Hellfire ATGM. The serial modified version of the 9K121 Vikhr-M began to be delivered to the troops in 2015, the Vikhr-1 missile is equipped with a tandem charge that penetrates armor up to 1200 mm, at a range of up to 10400 meters. The main purpose of the Vikhr-M missile is to destroy armored vehicles, including those with active armor, as well as air targets at speeds of up to 800 km/h. Missile launch altitude up to 4000 meters. The rocket's flight speed is more than 600 meters per second. Initially, the Vikhr-1 ATGM was intended exclusively for Su-25 aircraft and Ka-52 helicopters, but now work is underway to adapt the Vikhr-M complex to the Mi-28NE and Mi-35P helicopters, as well as the Orion-E UAV. .

Yes, it's serious. Development is known for at least a few years (first reported in 2021, if I remember correctly).
When you see those patents from Ru- sources, it means the subject is very close to production (and it isn't typical blah-blah).

Interesting. Wasn't lack of a 2 seater the reason why India dropped out of Su-57 development?

Not really, the FGFA (Indian version of Su-57) was supposed to be a 2-seater aircraft. If I remember right then India’s biggest issue was with the lack of work share when compared to the amount of funding they needed to provide. India just wasn’t getting enough ToT for the price they were paying for its development. India was also unhappy with the delays (it was supposed to be in service by 2017-18 or so). Delays in the completion of Izd-30 engine was particularly a bit issue for India.

A 'batch' is typically four or three aircraft but can be as little as two aircraft. They did not say how many aircraft were in the batch in the press release and the aircraft numbers are blurred as usual.

UAC transferred Su-34 aircraft to the Russian Aerospace Forces

The next batch of new Su-34 front-line bombers was transferred to the Russian Ministry of Defense as part of the execution of the state defense order. The aircraft were manufactured at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after. V.P. Chkalov United Aircraft Corporation. The vehicles underwent a series of ground and flight tests.

“The Su-34 front-line bombers are distinguished by high maneuverability and impressive combat capabilities, which allows them to perform a wide range of missions. These machines are appreciated by pilots and today are actively used during air defense. The state corporation delivers Su-34s to the troops in full and on time,” said First Deputy Director General of Rostec Vladimir Artyakov.

Su-34 front-line bombers form an important part of the strike power of Russian front-line aviation. The aircraft's capabilities make it possible to use advanced aviation weapons, increase the range of destruction of ground and surface targets, and increase the accuracy of bombing.

“We continue to fulfill our obligations to the Ministry of Defense, ensuring the rhythm of production and timely transfer of aircraft equipment,” said UAC General Director Yuri Slyusar. – The Novosibirsk plant is one of the important executors of state defense orders within the UAC circuit. The company has already begun implementing next year’s program, the volume of which will be significantly increased. The necessary production reserve has been created. In addition, the plant is busy with servicing and maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft that are already in service.”

One thing Russian Telegram channels can't agree on is whether a missile strike is done by Iskander or by Tornado-S. One channel will comment and say Iskander, the same strike commented by another channel will say Tornado-S.

Video mentioned Tornado-S range has improved from 90km to 120km, making it encroaching on the tactical ballistic missile class. Most importantly it indicates the weapon is still undergoing constant improvement.

The idea that missile strikes we have seen recently like the hit on the 128th Brigade, are actually being accomplished by Tornado-S instead of Iskander is a solid one, where Iskanders are being saved for higher value targets or the potential for an even bigger war

Ukraine immediately said it's Kh-59. I see no special reason to not believe them
