A new type of attack drone with thermobaric warhead has been revealed and may already be at the front. I won't call it a kamekaze as this drone is more of a dive bomber. Plus I already suspected that there are variants of the German and Lancet already using thermobaric warheads.

Russia is usually vocal and marketing active when it comes to their weapons systems, but we have seen if late that they are deploying new weapons systems without any announcement at all. The use of long range mine laying systems is a major surprise and you can also drop these behind enemy lines.

Also just as secretive and unannounced have been incremental improvements on weapons systems, e.g. Lancet, Vikhr, Ka-52 defense systems, dynamic ERA being installed on tanks, new types of drones, etc.

Yeah. "Agriculture" remote mine laying system. A couple of people were talking about it some months ago. Seems to be proving itself quite well with latest Ukrainian counteroffensive, where it is claimed it is being used to lay mine fields in advance of retreating Ukrainian forces.

As for the Lancet drone they basically dropped the smaller versions out of production and made a larger model as well. The Vikhr got an extended range version introduced into service.

Review of the BMR-3MA "Vepr" demining machine of Russia. The Russian army began to actively use the BMR-3MA Vepr armored demining vehicle, created on the basis of the T-90 tank. The BMR-3MA demining vehicle was created in 2007 and has an increased level of crew protection. The main difference between the BMR-3MA chassis and the base vehicles is enhanced mine protection. The bottom and sides of the hull of the vehicle are made multi-layered, with the use of additional armor plates on special struts. The space between the armor plates is filled with a filler with anti-cumulative properties. The car body is additionally closed with dynamic protection units, the car is equipped with a radio interference generator and night vision devices. BMR-3MA withstands a mine explosion under the bottom up to 7.5 kg. On board there is a supply of food and water for 5 days, there are also facilities for heating food and boiling water. The car has a compact toilet, a filter-ventilation unit and an air conditioner, in fact, you can live in it for up to 3 days. The armament of the vehicle is a 12.7 mm machine gun. To perform demining work, the machine can be equipped with mine sweeps TMT-S, KMT-7 and KMT-8. BMR-3MA provides sweeping of homing anti-aircraft mines with acoustic and infrared fuses, destruction of wired lines of remote cable control of mine fuses and other work. On the basis of the machine, a robotic demining machine "Prokhod-1" was created, a link to a video about it in the comments to the video. The crew of the car is 2 people and three sappers. Combat weight with trawl 51 tons.

The work of Russian snipers with the ORSIS T-5000 rifle in Ukraine, a review. Published footage of the work of Russian snipers in Ukraine. The crew uses the Russian ORSIS T-5000 sniper rifle. The ORSIS T-5000 rifle was developed by the Moscow company Promtekhnologiya in 2011. The rifle is very popular on the market and is used by Russian and foreign special forces in some countries. Thanks to high-tech production, the rifle turned out to be of very high quality and is considered one of the best in the world according to many experts. The T-5000 precision rifle is available in calibers: 6.5 mm, 7.62 mm, 8.6 mm, and 9.5 mm for the latest version. The rifle has excellent ballistic and shooting qualities. According to this indicator, it surpasses the Austrian-made SSG-8 and SV-98 rifles manufactured at IzhMash. The effective muzzle brake of the rifle reduces recoil by almost 50%, and the adjustable trigger allows you to shoot without compromising the quality of aiming. The rifle has a "Picatinny" type rail, which allows you to install any optical sight. The rifle comes with a magazine for 5 or 10 rounds. The weight of the rifle is 6 kg, the effective range of the rifle is 1500 meters. The weapon has both a military and a civilian version, the basic equipment costs about 400,000 rubles or $5,000.
