Do you guys know prume juice is a kind of laxative? I am finding out about that the hard way. Got some prume juice at the grocery store. Has one glass at dinner and thought it tasted pretty good so had another. And this is my fifth trip to the toilet tonight. So lesson learned? Unless you are constipated, don't drink prume juice!

I know who he is. That spec Ops major in the second Die Hard movie. He came out as one of the good guys and turned out to be an accomplice of the bad guys.

Not for me! Just found out about it tonight. My tummy just settled down after 6 trips to the throne.

Drinking any kind of fruit juice is not encouraged anymore as it can make you diabetic. Taking whole fruits has the reverse effect.
