Apparently another symptom is when greeting friends instead of the more normal " Hey, how ya doing?" you find yourself saying "How are you doing, Eh?"...
Hey how ya doing, well our Asian friend is grounded in a forest fire and thunderstorms in Laramie, Wyoming at present,,,, God Speed Bro, the old saying is STILL as fresh as yesterday! "Time to spare, Go by Air"!

I've just registered to vote for the midterm election!
Congratulations my boy, that's an awesome responsibility, I'll be praying that God gives you wisdom and a blessing for caring enough to vote, and realizing what an honor and responsibility it is.

As an aside, and I'm going to resist telling you how to vote, Texas has a great Senator who loves the constitution and the rule of law, I wish I could vote for him, he would himself make a great supreme court justice...

here in Central Obamstan, it seems we've been cursed with losers who have helped turn Illinois into a third world country, but things have turned around here in the last two years, as hope has sprung up on the prairie once again!

to be honest Siege, its good men like you, who do the right thing when given an opportunity, that has made this country the beautiful land that it remains! blessings to you my friend, I am personally very proud of you, and your contribution to this country, and more personally this forum!

It is pretty shocking how low the voter participation is in my company. I'm the only one amongst my colleagues who actually registered to vote!

Wow! that's terrible Siege,, you know people just don't seem to care, like spoiled children, but don't think they won't criticize you for exercising your right to vote...

I can honestly say that voting is one of the most precious aspects of our freedom, people LOVE to complain about politics and politicians, but if you don't vote, you've forfeited your right to whine and complain,, you keep up the good work Brother! I am very proud of you, I really am..

feel free to PM me anytime, I can tell you being a conservative Christian, its at times very disappointing voting in Central Obamastan, but I ALWAYS vote, I guess I could move, but we have a small farm, and our twins are here,, so here we are......

Anyway, there's a country music song that says "GOD BLESS TEXAS", and God Bless Siege Crossbow!

anyway Siege, what is your business Bub??

On the subject of voting, I'll just paraphrase the old saying: All that Evil needs to prosper is for Good people to do Nothing. VOTE, because it really pisses the Politicians off when you do!
Amen Brother! and if you do vote for someone, you've at least earned the right to tell them when they've disappointed you, and who knows, they might actually do the right thing if they've got your support!

Software Engineering. I guess people are too busy. They need to close the polls later so it is more convenient for people.
