they best you would get is knee problems for the rest of your life that the VA will say is not service related
China ground force needs to be purged and completely rework this is so embarrassing
In 2025 every thing I come to the ground force thread and gun thread I smh Jesus tell me 2026 will be the year they take individual soldier gear way more seriously cause I don't see a standard I just see mixed and match
Some have scopes and sights some don't most don't wear body plates which is crazy some have grips some don't why are they treating the soldier's like trash when they will be the one on the ground fighting in Taiwan it makes no sense the airforce is up, the navy is up, the rocket force is up, the ground force is semi up because of the new tanks and vehicle but the individual soldier is still behind idk the status of thermal and night vision in 2025 they need to be a high standard for ground force in equipment training and discipline hopefully 2026 is the year

Keep your expectations low and you'll still be disappointed
Simple. It takes time and given that it's peacetime, any new tactics would be slower to develop given that all training and tactic development is going to be based on the last war since no one can predict the future of warfare. All armies go through this, after all the US officially is rolling out the IHPS to be the new helmet yet ACH and ECH are still issued. However I think the problems dosen't lie in ground force leadership but with the Political leadership unwillingness to accept reality that peaceful reunification is pretty much impossible due to the damage of the desinoization efforts that was carried out on the island. Barely anyone calls themselves Chinese and the DPP has already hijacked the KMT. They even gaslight themselves by refering the western world as partners even though it's really obvious that the westerners still want to destroy the Chinese civilization. It’s this reason on why they have started to prepare for war.

Which is why, in a way, we need a war to happen.
Actual combat experience will teach the PLA why certain practice/gear/protocol is necessary.
The problem is no military should need a war to put optics on their rifles and plates in their plate carriers
