I mean, that setup for that particular soldier in the first picture is actually pretty good.

They use an aftermarket M LOK handguard (not the freefloated one that we've seen on patents), but it should be more sturdy than the usual handguard.
The optic is the QMQ-171 holographic sight with a magnifier behind it (first time we've seen the specific combo on a QBZ-191 afaik), and there's a laser and a light attachment on the handguard itself, with possibly a small foregrip on the bottom.

That's actually a pretty good loadout on the rifle itself -- the only way I would improve it is if they changed the handguard to the longer, free floated MLOK handguard that we've seen, but otherwise everything is positioned quite reasonably and sensibly.
