Ok now that most PLA soldiers got ballistic vests they really should learn to wear them properly. Most wear their vests too low. It’s supposed to protect your thorax not your lower abdomen…

Such things typically need a real war to hammer the lesson home, y'know...
I'd say that they need to go through force on force training with simunition like rounds. After a couple of hits, I guarantee you that they will wise up.
Or... Just watch literally any YouTube video. People on Western gun forums would laugh at this. Is this just an issue of poor fit of the plate carrier or what's going on here?

Ever since the PLA began to use body armor and such, those in the Western bloc have been laughing at this.
In the end, wearing protective gear good and proper requires regimen to pound the idea home.
They're just not wearing them tight enough. I've seen pics and videos of people wearing those exact carriers properly. Either there's no plates in them right now and that ammo and other weights in the front is causing that vest to sag forward or they're just wearing it too loose.
