GREAT pics tphuang. These two of the 115 and 116 tied up together are real keepers. Very nice lines on these vessels.

i think 051C will mainly use to patrol china's yellow sea and stop korean planes from flying into china's air space. Is basically an air-defense off shore patrol vessel to be use in low intense environments. *************************

interesting they have the smaller circles or hatches inside the larger hatch. It does look like there is a provision for the 9M96E missile there, so you can either use 1 large 48N6E2 or 3 9M96E. The smaller missile is probably better for anti missile interception and the one that will require a mere software upgrade to be fully operational.
