HD-1, HD-1A, launch platforms. The last image is from the 2018 Zhuhai show. Interestingly, in the image, the third missile from the foreground appears to show "HD-1C". If true, this would be a new variant. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about it.

HD1A is half the mass of HD1 and loses 2 ramjet intakes.

Ran out of time: if you look a bit below in the link I sent, there is a plot of what the beamwidth is for a stack of 4 antennas (like on Type 052C): it comes to about 6.5 degrees at 3dB. But the sidelobes are rather strong. This can be reduced by stacking the Yagis closer together, at a cost in gain and main beamwidth.

What four antennas? The Type 052C has eight.

From what I can see

HD-1 original version
HD-1A airborne version with two larger intakes in exchange of four smaller intakes. Loses booster and has shorter length. Probably why its only half the weight. Possibly different seeker.
HD-1C same as HD-1A but has booster, which indicates a land based variant.
Where is HD-1B?
I can see another missile from the same manufacturer with a blunt head with a black seeker way in the background. Possibly a subsonic IIR version.

Interesting that they'd advertise it with 290km max range as well. That is the same value they used for YJ-12E and YJ-18E.
