PLAN Anti-ship/surface missiles

YJ-18, could be the land-attack variant or maybe just the coastal defense version. I can't tell for sure, but the bottom of the image appears to show a truck transporter of some kind.

The markings on the missile may indicate this is a photo of the missile's tests during its development phase. This is probably an early prototype.

48832543116_fcff2922e8_o.jpgYeah it's definitely a prototype. Compared to what we've got, this missile doesn't have the large spine, and the rear end seems to be much shorter. The wings are also shaped differently.

Damn, the YJ-18 looks really amazing. I wonder what's the rationale behind PLAN continuing to use both YJ-12 and YJ-18s
I think in places such TW strait where it is highly contested and full of various sensors/shooters, YJ12 is much better because YJ12 can go all the way at 2M+ and penetrate enemy defenses, while YJ18 would be easily shot down during its subsonic cruise phase, long before it can enter its terminal sprint.
OTOH, in the high sea, YJ12 does not have enough range, especially when it is launched from surface or ship.

I wonder what is the replacement for KD63 or KD88, have we heard anything?
And is there anything we know that has a range of some 300 nm which fit between CJ10 and KD88/KD63? The obvious case here is to hit potential targets in main islands of Japan with H6.
