PLAAF Overdoes Their Rainmaking In Shanghai ?

It is currently 5.20 pm in Shanghai. It should be daylight.

It is pitch black. An enormous rain and thunderstorm is starting.

Either PLAAF have rather overdone with their routine cloud-seeding for rain, or War of the Worlds has begun.... If I spot large mechanical giants and/or Tom Cruise I will let you all know.

Last time I read a story about militia in Sichuan province firing AAA guns with cloud-seed rounds, and one of the round failed to detonate and fell into someone's house and then detonated. So, as you can imagine... it wasn't pretty. Luckily no one was hurt.

well there is over 200.000 lakes in here, more than any other parts of the wolrd, and our phreatic water resources are one of the highest in the world so we certainly doesen't have any proplem with Water

Hi, guess what, I'm in Shanghai too. Yeah that storm was kinda random. But it was exceptionally hot that day, it could very well have been caused by high convection.

and screw the great firewall of china I need to use wikipedia dammit but it's blocked!!
