I think it means you should post less sensitive stuff here and take a second look at your vpn?

I'm not based in China, so this concerns me little.

However, for the likes of the Guancha Trios, Cute Orca, Shenhua, @万年炎帝, @勤劳朴实罗素历, @洋务先驱张之洞, @Captain小潇 etc - This can mean from "Well, we'll just be more careful with what we talk/post regarding the PLA development from now on" to "Damn, we can only talk about publicized historical stuffs now, not even current developments?!" - Or anything in between.

TBH, we still have to wait and see how these new restrictions are implemented and enforced, and how far the MSS would like to go with them. Maybe we might even see the PLA watching space getting cleaned up in China for good (i.e. axing those grifters and retards like 落总师, @听风的蚕 and @荒漠胡杨的金银花2022 which are literal cancers of the PLA watching space)?

Though, one thing is likely certain: China-based PLA watching will not be the same from March 1st.

I think it should be fine. The Guancha Trios (btw it's actually a quad... Poor Xiyazhou, always bullied) and Orca should are insider enough to know what to say and what not. But probably we'll need to get better at decryption.

On a similar topic, I do wonder what they perceive of this forum. I suspect they have this in their mind with what they talk about. It's one thing to have a podcast dedicated to a Chinese audience, another thing to the information compiled in English with the potential of reaching an even broader audience.

Maybe the Sixth Gen thing rattled them a bit?

If you listen to their podcast or follow their weibo you would clearly know how they feel about this forum.

Perhaps Chengdu should learn from Shenyang and Xi'an by setting up their production plants further away from the urban area?

Though to be fair to Chengdu - They got surrounded (or more like getting caught up) by a growing megacity with a population of 21 million. Both Xi'an and Shenyang only have about half or less than half the population size of Chengdu (12 million and 9 million, respectively).
