No worries man. An image being in one thread and then being reposted in another is pretty common when it comes to the infantry equipment and small arms threads since they overlap.
Metal casing are more consistent.
H&K did the same in their prototype auto shotgun in the 1980s.

Shot gun shells for the Type-09 shotgun. Each shell packs 14 tungsten alloy balls each.
That’s 7 ballbearings in one layer, so only two layers total for 14 bearings. If the rest of the shell is packed with powder, then that thing will hit like a sledgehammer.
You can see just how thick the shell walls are to contain that much explosive power.
With tungsten bearings, this thing can probably punch through body armour plate like cardboard at shotgun ranges.
