Ah I see. You too saw that one article from a WeChat Public Account, didn't you?
Fair enough, it seems that it is very obvious to both of us on the source and in fact several Wechat account pointing to the same thing.

Meanwhile I am more curious about what 149th Brigade was doing up there in Hami for years and now Hami Silo Unit takes over control the garrison/bunker/training field.

The line 'First Company of the Third Battalion of a Communications Brigade of the Strategic Support Force'
clearly indicates that these brigades are under SSF in support of Theatre Commands with minimum three battalions each

Anyone with any information

The PLARF is now on track to deploy more than 1,000 ballistic missile launchers by 2028, including at least 507 nuclear capable launchers, 342 to 432 conventional launchers, and 252 dual-capable launchers. At least 320 solid-fueled fixed ICBM silos and 30 liquid-fueled fixed ICBM silos are currently under construction in addition to China’s growing arsenal of mobile ICBM launchers. And this tally does not even touch launchers operated by the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) and the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN).

I haven't seen that resource mentioned before.
My own knowledge on that subject isn't sufficient enough to have an option, only that I've been told "It has a few errors, but pretty good work overall".
