Instead of just saying "It's AI" can people start explaining the reasoning. There is a difference between completely AI generated, and something akin to AI enhanced. I would like people to speak in full sentences, saying which pictures are AI and how. Statements like "It's AI" are not clear at all.

For example:

"This picture is AI generated because ..."

Because honestly, it's confusing and difficult to follow along to a conversation with many images and you just say it's AI.
The tank in the image, per relatively reputable people on Weibo, does not exist. It probably should not have been posted in the first place, which is why I do not have the patience to engage with it more than necessary. The poster themselves, earlier, said something similar. There has already been so much breathless speculation regarding this unverified image even after the possibility that it was AI was floated that I chose not to add to it. I hope the people in this forum and elsewhere can be more discerning regarding image sourcing because the technology has improved to a point where trying to describe why something is AI using the image alone, full sentences or not, is likely no longer possible.

You may not like it, but things like these do need to be laid out and explained properly. I'm not involved in the Weibo sphere, and I cannot read Chinese text, I have no context or connection to these reputable people on Weibo. This is something that should prove true for the vast majority of those on the English speaking internet. As soon as photo's like these come to light here, these nuances have to be explained, or else these photos will spread across the internet as truths. Saying "Its AI" doesn't cut it. This is a forum where we discuss, So I'd like more discussions over blanket statements.

I think It's actually best that these images first appear on SDF here over places on twitter where nuance doesn't exist at all, as discussion barely exists in those places. They always will eventually leak out from over the Chinese firewall. However I'm already sure some lurker here has taken these images and ran with it as "THE NEXT NEW CHINESE MBT IMAGES LEAKED" and spread it on twitter. These things are so uncontrollable, I hate engagement farmers.

I went through the effort to actually painstakingly look at the dogshit images and explain why it's AI.

Here we see the 7th roadwheel connection on the 3d model being on the bottom of the hull and the hull is a certain 2 angle shape I've outlined.

Second image has a dogshit 3d model where the barrel shroud doesn't even line up. And the 7th roadwheel mounting joint is now at the idler wheel position.

Here's the first image we saw posted: The Hull is the wrong shape and the sprocket cover is not the right shape. Stupidly enough I put those 3d models above into ChatGpt and made it generate a FAKE IMAGE.

Im bad at prompting, but the AI made the same hull error with those 3d models from the "Paper" and only used 6 roadwheels.

The latest image seems to be from the original poster who tries to fix these errors, But now there are too many discontinuities. Along with this image already looking uncanny and like a fake slop version of the ZTQ-15.

This is what I meant by a proper explanation.
