PLA equal to US ARMY

PLA finally made a large order, they have chosen then same long term storages medium as the US ARMY.

The PLA have chosen Intercept Technology 4 mil foil to replace there current foil system storage system. Intercept Teachnology is a state of the art anti corrosion technology develop by Lucent Technologies Bell Labs. It actually highly reactive copper particles bonded into a polymer chain which act use a method call sacrificing adobe. When made in to a bag or Wraps it provide an reactive protection to the equipment it protect from corrosive gases. Intercept Foil is a Sandwich layer of Foil to keep out Moisture and a layer of SI with is can static Intercpet it protect product from Static charge and Corriosive gases.

Other current anti-corrison system have to apply method like vacuum packing and heat-sealing and open provide protection from gasese trying to penetrate the barrier. Nevertheless they don't neutize these gases inside the barrier like Intercept does which mean product a still in danger of corrision.

Corrosion technology and product are very important to Military, shipping and manufacturing sector at corrosion accelerated the aging life and degrade the quality of product end product after long period of stroage.

Well they going use as a spare-part and transportation storages medium, for all their new vehicle and electrical.

Well it a general concept that:
Water + Metal = Corrosion
but it really: Water + Corrisive gases + Metal = corrosion

So it you delete any one of them it would stop the corrosion from happening.
Nevertheless Water have the ability to soar thougth any matrial over-time. Therefore neutralize the corrisive gases is the best option.

Anyway.. according to our PLA counterpart, they seem to have a major problem with storage and 40% of stored equipment and spare part face the corrosion problem and 10% has been regarded useless. So they where quite pleased with our product.

It just an initial order now. If everything work out it could mean big businesses.

Excellent title Nethappy. You make them think "Wow, the PLA is equal to the US army? How does that work?" Then they find out it's about the PLA's non-corrosive storage. It must be infuriating.

Well it a very important bit of infomation, these sort of thing are very important in the military with the logistics department and the average service men too.
I mean anyone who been in service much know how frustrating it's to received a new peice of equipment or spare part. Then find out it damaged by rust or something and then have to go back & change it.
Well try just walking back to base and changing your equipment after it been airdropped to you half way into an operation.
