Loading HQ-22 SAMs.

Interestingly, unlike the loading process of HQ-16 shown in the post above, the loading process for HQ-22 involves an intermediate step. HQ-22 canisters are not directly loaded from the transport vehicle onto the TEL. They are instead loaded onto a special loader vehicle first before being transferred to the TEL.

Transferring canisters from the transport vehicle to the loader vehicle:

The loader vehicle is then parked perpendicular to the TEL, and the canisters are shunted onto the TEL via rails:
