Missile dimensions, missile weight, warhead weight? If so, could you share a link to such material?

I think these are original Tor-m1s, PLAGF probably have dumped all the Tor-m1s into 73th AA Brigade, you normally see HQ-17s(tracked)/HQ-17As(wheeled) in the AA battalion of combined arm brigades.

It looks like you'd need a whole battalion to operate four tor-m1s, just a company to operate four HQ17/HQ17As.
