Yes I know ... it's a J-10C on final approach.

If it is a J10C on approach to land instead of a J20 with burners lit taking off, shouldn’t we see 3 lights instead of 2, since the J10C has 3 landing lights, one on each landing gear?

do we have any other pictures of J-10C or J-10B on approach to land to see what pattern their landing gear lights are lit up as?

Personally I think the image looks nothing like J-20, and the two bright spots are landing gear lights rather than afterburners.

The plane in the background taxiing looks like a JH7 to me, it’s the one in the sky I was referring to. ;)

I think that’s a J-10. It has those signature inverted gull wings and elevated nose and cockpit section relative to the rest of the airframe, both characteristics the J-20 doesn’t have.
