The total starts for China in 2025 is now 7, the highest number since 2010 - before the Fukushima meltdown.

Also - from what I can find (PRIS used to show starts with a slight delay, but hasn't been updating properly this year) - total starts outside China is 3, with one in each of Russia, Korea and Canada.
