09X is basically just a empty shell right now, most of the equipment and weaponry has not been installed yet hence it has a lower waterline compared to a fully fitted out 09IIIB

I was suggesting that there isn't much more of the submarine's hull submerged beneath the water surface than is visible from above, thus 09X having a largely similar beam as the 095 is unlikely, sorry for not being clear.
If you look at the pumpjet, you can only see the very top of it meaning the maximum beam is still submerged by quite a bit. Current measurements already puts it at 11m a tiny extra bit could put it at 12m similar to 09V.
