yeah, this is one of the first articles I read on J-10. Now, that I look back on it, it seems most of the stuff on J-10 on this article are incorrect. However, considering the time it was written, it's probably expected for that to happen.

btw Deino, when is the next edition of combat aircraft coming out?

This is described as a "navy amphibious landing support J-10"! I've never seen this before. Does it look like a new variant of the J-10?

Doesn't look much different from an ordinary J-10, but the fuselage looks to me as being slightly longer - or maybe I'm just seeing things. I guess if they developed an engine for carrier use, they probably made it the same size as the standard engine, so the airframe would look similar, unless of course, this is just an initial mock-up.

That's an old model - maybe mock-up -of the J-10 and not a very detailed one shown since some time at one of Chinese theme park carriers !

Surely not a new naval version !

what is the missile/pod under the fuesalage a mock up of,as i have never seen a missile like it in plaaf service.

I think that pod has nothing to da with anything real in PLAAF-service ... its just something to hang under this model/mock-up !
