You see it as if the Russians lost 50 trillion soldiers every week
Haven't said anything of that

while insisting that soon the Russian economy will implode
Haven't said anything of that either

The difference is that we don’t see the battlefields or the factors the same
We don't. You are taking nuanced positions that I have written about and you exaggerate them to reinforce your points. Seems like you are trolling.

I ask you, can you provide proof of where I said that "Russia is losing 50 trillion soldiers every week" and where I said "Russian economy will implode?

Surely when you claim someone has said something this ridiculous, you have evidence to back it up, right? After all, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence

In my opinion, every Chinese person (patriot or not) who cares about the Chinese country, people, and its future, should seriously consider finding a way to return to the Mainland. Go back to help and provide value for our home while also getting ahead of what might come in the future given the geopolitical and societal trajectory the West is currently on.
Bruh moment how is University of Waterloo not in the top Canadian Universities

Not know whether to laugh or cry...

POLITICO: Zelenskyy is highly regarded as an icon of democracy. But in fact he is an autocratic leader who needs war to maintain his high ratings. When the war is over, his image will collapse and Ukraine could be looking at another Maidan.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy... he’s become part of the problem — a leader with autocratic tendencies.

Four months before Russia invaded, Zelenskyy and two close associates were also implicated in offshore financial activity based on the Pandora Papers.

Some also fear the global adulation Zelenskyy’s now receiving is feeding a folie de grandeur. “Zelenskyy thinks he’s the number one politician in the world and that Joe Biden is way, way below him, and even further down [are] leaders like Macron and Scholz,” the former minister said, adding that it isn’t healthy and augurs badly. Like others, he mentioned that the Ukrainian leader seems to begrudge sharing the stage or the limelight, much like an actor wanting all the best lines, while a former Zelenskyy aide said his office is always scouring polling data to check no one is eclipsing him.

Former diplomat said that what struck him in recent meetings with opposition politicians and civil society leaders in Kyiv was how, “on the one hand, they truly appreciate Zelenskyy’s strength as a war leader,” but are “deeply worried also about corruption and his authoritarian style.”

“In their minds, there is going to be a reckoning as soon as the war ends,” he said. “And I think that’s probably going to be true.”

Discussion with NATO for what, China considers NATO as an outdated cold war entity that serves the US's interest only. And boxing China in AI and nuclear warheads when the West tries to contain and suppress China with nothing to offer except empty words.

“We don’t regard or assess China as an adversary but China poses some challenges to our interests, to our NATO values and to our security,” Stoltenberg said Tuesday. “That makes it even more important to engage with China because we see they are investing in new modern capabilities, long-range missiles, more than tripling the number of nuclear warheads in a few years.”

Stoltenberg said it would be in China’s interest to provide more transparency about their nuclear arsenal, including with verifiable limits. “China should be willing to sit down and engage in more arms control agreements, including limits on their number of nuclear warheads,” he said.

I'm not comparing Singapore and Germany if that was what you thought I was doing.
I'm trying to say that when China increases her soft power, it makes it easier on diaspora world wide, regardless of whether you are in Singapore or Germany.
I just wanted to show a few examples of soft power used well

It is actually really hard to talk in forums. I feel like everyone tries to think the worst of your intentions and gets over aggressive and starts making irrelevant points to "counter" what they thought were your intentions.

If you want or it makes you feel happier, I can easily show that Singapore is not that great either. American soft power is still vastly stronger here than Chinese soft power ( as it is almost everywhere). In many of my previous points, I made the point that Singapore was heavily under American influence. I felt that some people didn't like it and thought I was trolling because it was very negative. This time I was trying to do the opposite and show some positivity.

I understand perfectly. I have been overseas for an extended period before and it vastly shaped my experiences. Please don't think that I am looking down on your experiences or anything
The only soft power that really matters is whether others will give you money, support you diplomatically even at the cost of their own well being or fight for your cause without being ordered to do so. Example: US and EU.

That is to say, soft power that matters isn't movies or anime or music - which China has plenty of. Foreigners made Yanxi Palace one of the most googled dramas of 2018, Genshin is #1 mobile game worldwide, yet who will fight for Yanxi Palace or Genshin Impact? As many as would fight for Naruto or BLACKPINK... Which is near 0.

Real soft power is stuff like religion, ethnic nationalism and news media because they directly shape reality. Why do you think they're trying so hard to ban Tik Tok? Because that's the soft power that matters.

China reveals new details of Raytheon, Lockheed sanctions

China has revealed new details of sanctions it previously announced against two U.S. weapons manufacturers, including a ban on Chinese companies doing business with them

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- China revealed new details of sanctions it previously announced against two U.S. weapons manufacturers Tuesday, including a ban on Chinese companies doing business with them.

China imposed trade and investment sanctions in February on Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Technologies Corp.’s Raytheon Missiles & Defense for supplying weapons to Taiwan, the self-governed island claimed by

.

China's Ministry of Commerce said in a statement late Tuesday that the sanctions include a ban on exports and imports by the two companies from and to China “to prevent Chinese products from being used in their military business."

It added that Chinese companies should “strengthen their due diligence and compliance system construction to verify transaction information” and should not knowingly conduct business with the two companies while importing, exporting or transporting products.

It wasn’t clear what immediate impact the penalties might have, but the restrictions on imports and exports could hurt the two companies. The United States bars most sales of weapons-related technology to China, but some military contractors also have civilian businesses in aerospace and other markets.

Last September, Raytheon Missiles and Defense was awarded a $412 million contract to upgrade Taiwanese military radar as part of a $1.1 billion package of U.S. arms sales to the island.

Taiwan buys the majority of its weapons from the U.S., which is its biggest unofficial ally. In recent years, China has frequently sent fighter jets and warships toward the island, surrounding it at different times in a campaign of military pressure and intimidation.

The sanctions also prohibit the senior executives of both companies from traveling to China or working there. They listed Lockheed Martin CEO James Donald Taiclet, COO Frank Andrew St. John and CFO Jesus Malave, and President Wesley D. Kremer and Vice Presidents Agnes Soeder and Chander Nijhon from Raytheon Missiles & Defense.
