The first thing you'd need to understand about Anglo discourse is that they do not give the slightest shit about 99.999% of reality or anyone in particular.
They'll unironically drop bombs on people and turn around to say, "Can't you see this is done for your own good? Why are you fighting back?" The opinion of the 99.999% from a country has no value to them, they will hear the half of dozen of sycophants in their country and believe they are the only people that matters.

Nobody's reading that deep into it. China's always been a 3rd party to the war and when it comes to Russia, it has no ideaological symmetry or treaty of friendship outside of a willingness to do business and a shared hatred of America. In the end, China has interests elsewhere and has never been under any obligation sacrifice them for the sake of Russia's misadventures.
I mean, if the geopolitical circumstances called for China to arm the Russian army it would, but hardly anything in the world right now warrants that.
She knows everything, she may have no background and is not professional enough, but she will also be equipped with a professional staff team.
PS: I sincerely hope she knows everything. If she doesn't know anything, it will be even more terrible for maintaining mutually beneficial China-German relations in the future.
