If you are thinking of the type of physical exercise I'm thinking about, it has the added benefit of increasing birth rate.

Well, producing electric heaters, blankets, winter clothing, boots, etc. accounts for a significant portion of Chinese CO2 emissions. China should stop producing those things for export to EU countries in order to meet the emission goals.
Also, did you know that solar panels and wind turbines also take a non-negligible amount of energy to make? Those should be barred from export either. In fact I think the only thing China should sell them is bottled versions of 西北风 so they could cool their heads a bit with them.
Kissinger is also alive, though technically he wasn't head of state. Tons of influence on global stage nonetheless.
When asked by western heads of state when he is going to permanently retire, rumours say that he came up with this historic phrase:Jiang did it!
