Afghanistan GDP= $20billion. Total investment/Aid by West since the War began= $250bn+ (This doesn't include military expenses )

So the question is where the hell did all the money go? Answer is simple in the pockets of those who're running away from Afg as we speak. Just look at the palaces in which Pro Govt warlords and Governors were living in. They had gold/silver utensils there, living like absolute royalty while just few miles away Afghans were living the life of destitutes. While Afghans were struggling to make ends meet, the children of elites were partying in Europe , travelling in private jets and uploading it on Instagram.

The massive corruption, loot and plunder of Afg was felt by the people there. Taliban didn't dominate district after district, province after province solely because of their military strategies but rather they had the full support of the people who were fed up of their lives and wanted change.

Hopefully the lives of Afghans improve now that fighting is over. The role of China and like minded nations will be critical in ensuring that.

Blasphemy! The Elder is kept alive purely through his virtue and wisdom. But you are too young, too simple, sometimes naïve.

Love how western media keep using words like “militants” and “insurgents” to describe an organization that clearly enjoys widespread local support, were able to take control of entire regions without a fight and is now preparing for a peaceful transition into presidential power.

Looks like the 20-year US-puppet freedom democracy totally collapse without resistance.
US is a purveyor of fake democracy.

They are militants and insurgents only to western hegemony.
They obviously have the democratic support of the Afghan population.
