Basically we shouldn't trust both Pakistan and India at face value. China is also investigating and they will eventually find the truth. Because they need to ensure the safety of Chinese workers at CPEC.
Nevertheless, I have a strong gut feeling that India is behind the terrorist attack at Dasu. India has the motive, means, and track record of sponsoring any terrorist attack against China. Tibet is the main example. India is still actively promoting the Free Tibet movement even now, when there is an active confrontation with China. India is actively sponsoring the TTP and Balloch terrorists against Pakistan. These same terrorists had attempted to kill the Chinese ambassador in Pakistan. It is not unrealistic for India to be involved in the Dasu terrorist attack.
India was clearly behind the attack and anyone who has tracked the developments over the years in Pakistan knows about this. The nature of proxy attacks is such that you can never trace it to the shot callers in Delhi. So when ppl on this forum demand concrete evidence before blaming India then frankly they're fools.
Now ofcorse the messaging will differ. Pakistan and its public knows that India sponsors terrorism and they have no second thoughts in blaming them. China can't do the same because it will then cause a major diplomatic issue and even increase public pressure to respond. Hence China wont be in sync with Pakistan when to comes to pinpointing the culprit . Ambiguity in response suits China.

Also the age of consent varies. In Japan, it is legal to have sex form 13 years onwards, Korea it is 20! And there is no age limit for consensual sex in the Islamic world as muslims can get married and consummate aftert reaching puberty. But anyone under the age of 16 or 18 is considered a child in the western world. So if nude pics or selfies of these young peoples having sex are taken on an iphone, do Apple app make allowances for countriues, states or religions? Guilty until proven innocent?
