The China Iran cooperation plan emphasizes at developing the potential in economy, people and culture cooperation, developing long term vision and path, it does not have quantified specific contract and measurement. It will provide framework on macro level for future cooperation of the two countries.
So there is no 25 year fixed price contract of oil and gas. All the western notion of "Iran reluctant to reveal the detail because of unfavorable price" is a stinky lie out their back-end. It is once again a repeated tactic of putting a wedge between countries who collaborate in combating the west's dominance.
The west has tried this between China and Russia, China and NK, China and Pakistan, China and Myanmar, China and Africa etc. They will keep doing so.
