Interesting. While Pompeii is on one hand spewing bs like that as usual, on the other hand, the Marine Corps themselves refuted Taiwanese and Japanese reports of Marsoc operators training in Taiwan and explicitly says that the US is committed to the one China policy:

I beginning to suspect pompeo and trump may really planning a coup
Their actions so far is not the behaviour of a government ready to relinquish power

Pompeo, like all the cowardly american 1%er elites are brave and courageous when it's not them or their kids who will be on the line; luckily the Marine Corps are sensible enough to know the gravity of war.
And for those who said Pompeo was in the military- a peacetime military where he learnt to suck up- is nothing compared to actually seeing action.

The reason that the Trump administration and the U.S. military repeatedly contradict each other, especially over sensitive issues including Taiwan, SCS and China in general, is because one side understands the full implications of a military engagement while the other is completely clueless and ignorant.

I wouldn't be surprised if people like Pompeo and other China hawks in Trump's administration fail to understand China's current military capabilities. If you were to ask someone like Tom Cotton, he probably thinks China current military capabilities are on par with Saddam's Iraq. It seems certain members of the Trump Admin think its wise to start some kind of conflict in China's backyard for an "easy win" without understanding the consequences to the U.S.

The U.S. military on the other hand has repeatedly shut down rumors of potential U.S. military action against China, recently drone strikes in SCS. It's pretty clear that the people in charge of U.S. defense, like Mark Esper, knows the consequences of such provocative actions. It's probably the main reason why Esper got fired, because he repeatedly butted heads with idiots like Trump and Pompeo who fail to understand simple logic.

“Taiwan gets rekt”

I just love this post:

台灣唔係中國一部分? 咁你做咗4年國務卿唔去同台灣建交?

When Taiwan reverts to China, NOT EVEN their car registration plates need changing, it says "Taiwan Province" no different to NSW or Hawaii state registration plates... thanks Alvin Lee

Perhaps someone like Eisenhower will be more suitable as the US pres right now.

I believe she is the first Chinese GM of any major North American League. (Unless Rich Cho is Chinese)
