Vladimir Putin pulled up to a hotel in central Moscow earlier in May in a Russian-made SUV, dressed casually in jeans and a light jacket. Carrying a bouquet of flowers, he walked unhurriedly into the lobby and embraced his former schoolteacher Vera Gurevich, who kissed him on both cheeks.

He then helped Gurevich into his car and drove her to dinner at the Kremlin.

It came just a day after several western media outlets, citing a European intelligence report, claimed Putin had spent weeks hiding in an underground bunker, gripped by fears of assassination or even a coup.
I think it is referring to cities like Moscow. When you apply the rule Russian must adopt traditional values and Russian must report foreign bank accounts. (the long arm like US government) than these people people will squirm.

Putin reliance is on Soft Power and Soft Power continuously improves. you can see it from the Su-57 picture taken from that Arabic video that i posted here few days ago. It says updated continuously 24/7. thats what Putin expect from every one by giving examples.

The former Socialist Societies expect some thing from government when ever government ask them to do some thing. And here Putin telling them it is natural. I can write alot more but the bottom line is if Putin intention is to have Society like the Royal Kingdoms than he has to work with them even though his own people are far more talented in implementing that Soft Power and Royal Kingdoms may expect re-colonization as opposed to decolonization and that make Ukraine conflict harder.

Finally, since 2000 with the growth of the economy, the old hukou system’s relevance has been questioned. By 2010’s the argument to “prevent mass migrations and preserve social services” was already weak as mass migrations already happened… hopefully the reforms to this discriminatory and inefficient system will bring many benefits to come.

The only downside would be hollowing out the countryside and rural benefits that the government has invested in might slow down in favour of getting people to move.

The White House Director of Communications, people.

I'm just reading his tweets and I think I found a new role model.
They should also hire Palmer Lucky as Captain Obvious after this talk he did at the Hoover Institute on China's engineering prowess and advantages. I didn't even know that LENOVO is the largest laptop supplier for the Pentagon! And they banned HUAWEI???

@Serb whats going on over there? What you guys do to piss off Thailand so you're put in the same group as India with no Visa exemption now?
Former Thai prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra acquired Serbian citizenship after the Thai military deposed her in a coup and revoked her Thai passport.

One likely reason that she became a Serbian citizen was for the ease of travel. At the time, Serbian passport holders were among the very few that enjoyed visa free travel to both the EU and China.

Incidentally, Yingluck's brother Thaksin Shinawatra, who was also a former Thai prime minister deposed by the Thai military in an earlier coup, is a citizen of Montenegro.
