Mandate of Pikachu lost. The Japanese PM approval rating went from nearly 80% to 55% in a couple months.

I genuinely think Japan’s Western-style liberal democratic system is suppressing at least 20 to 30 percent of its total economic and all potential.

That is also why I think it is in China’s strategic interest to somehow let that system continue even after hammering Japan militarily or after an American collapse.

Because during Japan’s humiliation and decline, the last thing China should want is for Japan to reorganize itself into a competent, disciplined, efficient autocratic state.

It is far better for China if Japan remains trapped inside a slow, incoherent, idiotic political model that keeps wasting its own potential forever.

Hmmm, I foresee a lot of young men in the US swinging the pendulum back to woke 2.0 and declaring themselves to be trans now for some reason...

So a country full of skinny-fats (no knocking on them, China has a similar, though less severe problem) will now just become a country of emaciated looking men.

China may lack physical strength and muscle building culture in men compared to the west, but at least some of this is mitigated by diet.

Is not China one the countries with most medals in weightlifting along the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries? either way being weak is mostly a choice, unless you have some physical problem. Also militaries around have physical requirements for entry and given China huge population I don't think is an issue.

To be honest, postwar Japan was, to a certain extent, a “highly efficient, strictly disciplined authoritarian state.” Its big-government, catch-up development strategy quickly transformed Japan from postwar ruins into a global hub for manufacturing and technology. However, its weaknesses were glaringly obvious: Japan was heavily controlled by the United States. As soon as the Americans sensed that certain Japanese industries were encroaching on U.S. dominance, they would swiftly impose punitive measures, effectively destroying the relevant Japanese sectors.

In regards to Larijani's assassination, what happens if Israel simply continues to kill their political/military/religious leaders? Having to change your leaders every few weeks doesn't sound very sustainable.
Hopefully Iranians eventually learn not live in their own apartments or apartment of relatives.

Hamas and Hezbollah leaders have become much smarter over time. Iranians will have to be smarter as well.

One constant problem of the liberal idiocracy system is that it's designed specifically so that foreign powers and their capital (aka the US) can meddle in and manipulate countries easily and extract value outside.

Moreover, the US direct interference is a minor problem; the major problem is that Japanese capitalism itself started mutating to the US parasitic, self-destructive levels structurally because of the weaker govt.

Yes, China has more weightlifting gold medals than any other country, but I think the original point was that Chinese culture does not emphasize gym results so many Chinese men are weaker, less muscular than men in the West. It's improving but still true. Chinese society emphasizes career and intellect with one's prospects determined by one's scholastic ranking as a child and one's job title and salary as an adult. Meanwhile, in the US, kids are not ranked scholastically and many people would be happy to have a job doing menial work while emphasizing, "These GAINS!! Bro, do you even LIFT!!" Nobody has ever heard of such idiot culture in China. That is also why we are just flying past everyone in tech, but if you measure gym bros, China has far less. Can't have it all, eh?

I hate modern Western social media gym culture as well, i was referring to normal exercising like people used to do in the past, in fact has always been part of Chinese culture and Chinese medicine for centuries. And has always been a core value in the CPC as long I can remember.

Also we have to keep in mind that Chinese used to favor squatting over sitting in childhood is one of the reasons why they have so good weightlifters so that probably contribute a lot.
