Remeber what Ai Weiwei said about speech in the West vs in China, how while in the West you can say whatever you want but it doesn't matter what you say. His sentiments are a reflection of that. Whether consciously or subconsciously, he feels that his sentiments and actions can affect a faraway country more than his own government, that bringing about changes in Russia is easier than bringing about changes in Germany.
Except that he's wrong and you can't even say whatever you want. In Germany, it is a crime to produce art or wear clothes in support of Russia; I'm sure that extends to public speech as well. They have absolutely no moral advantage compared to China at all, only disadvantages.

Taliban says it would support Iran if US attacks

The Taliban said it is ready to cooperate with Iran if Washington launches a potential attack, spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said on Sunday.

In an interview with Radio Iran’s Pashto service, Mujahid said that in the event of an attack — and if assistance were requested — Kabul would cooperate with the Islamic Republic.

He added that Tehran emerged victorious in June's 12-day war with Israel, adding that Iran would prevail again in the event of a US attack.
