Worse than that, there are none PCB maker accept individual order made small lot one off order for B2C customers. Students and hobbiest won't get anything even they offer 100x money.

Ministry of Commerce Responds to Review of Meta's Acquisition of Manus: Enterprises Engaging in Outbound Investment and Other Activities Must Comply with Chinese Laws and Regulations

The Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference on the 8th. In response to questions regarding the review of Meta's acquisition of the artificial intelligence platform Manus, Ministry spokesperson He Yadong stated that the Chinese government has consistently supported enterprises in conducting mutually beneficial cross-border operations and international technological cooperation in accordance with laws and regulations. It should be clarified that enterprises engaging in activities such as foreign investment, technology exports, data transfers abroad, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions must comply with Chinese laws and regulations and fulfill statutory procedures. The Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to conduct an assessment and investigation into the consistency of this acquisition with laws and regulations concerning export controls, technology imports and exports, and foreign investment. Nah, apology is no use now. She gave China a nice excuse to do this, this move is absolutely huge and the intention is to de-militarize/de-industrialize Japan, you don't fire a bazooka like this and take it back once they say sorry.

Her last chance to apologize was two days ago. Now she can only chose to retaliate, then we get to see more escalation from China. I'm looking forward to total embargo.
